Ivar Cyvin offers legal and strategic advice on complex business law issues, and has experience from areas such as restructuring, staffing, real estate law, transactions and contract law. Cyvin has carried out a number of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) related to small and medium-sized businesses, both nationally and internationally, and has assisted a number of owners in preparing and executing sales or investments. Cyvin assists technology companies, industrial companies and real estate companies, as well as companies with a concession from the Danish FSA in areas such as the Securities Trading Act and the Act on Alternative Investment Funds.

Cyvin is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association and The International Bar Association.
